These terms govern the use of the IM&RA website and purchases from its store. By browsing the website, submitting a form or making a purchase, you accept them. We recommend reading them together with our privacy policy.

2. Use of the website
The website presents our consulting, auditing, training and software development services, as well as the products in our store. You agree to use it lawfully, not to interfere with how it works and to provide accurate information in forms and purchases.
3. Services and proposals
Service descriptions are for information only. The scope, schedule, deliverables and price of each service are set in the proposal or contract accepted by both parties. Sending an information request does not create a contract.
4. Store purchases
- Prior information: before confirming a purchase you will see the product, its price, applicable taxes, available payment methods and delivery terms.
- Confirmation: a purchase is complete once we confirm the order and the payment is received. We will email you the confirmation.
- Digital products: formats, templates and software licenses are delivered digitally; the access or download method is stated on each product page or during checkout.
5. Changes, cancellations and complaints
If you have a problem with an order or want to cancel it, write to administracion@im-ra.net. We will handle your request under the terms of the product or service and the rights granted to you by Peru’s Consumer Protection and Defense Code.
You can also file a claim or complaint in our online complaints book; we will respond within 15 business days.
6. Intellectual property
The website’s texts, designs, trademarks, logos, images, formats and software belong to IM&RA or their respective owners. You may only use them for personal consultation or under the license of the product you purchased; any other use requires our prior authorization, except where permitted by law.
7. Links to other websites
The website links to third-party services, such as the certificate validator or LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or policies; we recommend reviewing them when you visit.
8. Liability
We strive to keep the website’s information accurate and up to date, but it is general in nature and does not replace specific advice. We are not liable for website interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control.
9. Personal data and cookies
We process your personal data under Law No. 29733 and our privacy policy. You can accept or reject loading Google Fonts and Google Maps, and change your choice at any time, from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
